The world of work is undergoing profound structural change, the scope of which is being assessed differently. There is consensus on the background: - technological progress, - the delimitation of the world of work and finally - globalization with the associated demands and crises. These are the determinants that create an increased need for advice: - The complexity of organizations increases immensely , - the pace is accelerating, - the decision-making requirements seem almost impossible to manage.To support the numerous change processes in the world of work, different advisory formats are now appearing.
