This is the first book to focus exclusively on the theory, design and implementation of frequency measurement receivers. It's a practical guide to diverse FMTs used to identify unknown signals, such as reconfigurable frequency measurement and microwave photonic circuits, and includes solutions based on microwave/RF interferometer, filters, and reconfigurable designs. The book explores traditional IFM methods, immunity to electromagnetic interference, low loss, compatibility with fibre signal distribution and parallel processing signals. While including a review of frequency measurement circuits developed over the past decades, the book also presents new and current designs developed by the authors. The material is relevant to various applications such as defence, radar and communications and suited for researchers and professionals in these fields.
