Assessing Organizational Diversity with Quantile Regression

This book applies quantile regression to standardized indices of diversity at the 25th, 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles. In so doing, the book offers human resources practitioners and researchers in the nonprofit, private, and public sectors a hands-on guide to applying quantile regression in an organizational setting. Examples of quantile regression analyses are provided throughout the book. Specifically, this book illustrates how to analyze the index of qualitative variation (IQV), and the McIntosh, Shannon, Simpson, and Smith and Wilson indices with quantile regression. See more
