About Eshwer Kale

Dr Eshwer B. Kale works with various grassroots organisations NGOs forums and networks investigating water-related issues in Maharashtra India. He holds an MPhil in Rural Development and a PhD in Policy Failure in the Indian Groundwater Sector. He received the prestigious National Child Rights Research Fellowship in 2010 and is currently Senior Researcher at the WOTR Centre for Resilience Studies (W-CReS) Pune India. His work mainly focuses on developing and promoting a water stewardship approach in drought-prone Indian states. He has published a number of research papers articles book chapters and reports.
