About Sinead Hayes

Sinéad Hayes has over ten years' experience in the Software Development industry. Her previous roles have primarily been in the areas of Software Quality Management and Process Improvement. She is currently working as a Project Manager for a world-leading telecommunications company. She also holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Limerick Ireland. Dr. Ita Richardson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems and Project Leader in Lerothe Irish Software Engineering Research Centre at the University of Limerick Ireland.Dr. Mícheál Hayes works as a librarian at the University of Limerick where he also teaches in the Department of History and the Centre for Teaching and Learning. He has published many books including Irish Travellers: Representations and Realities (2006). His research interests include the scholarly integration of new technologies for the elimination of social disadvantage.
