Dr Seona Meharg is a leading interdisciplinary social scientist specializing in evaluation and catalysing competencies required for adaptation. She collaboratively designs leads and delivers projects across domains with all levels of government and communities both within Australia and the Asia-Pacific often in situations of high ambiguity and contested contexts such as climate adaptation disaster risk reduction and sustainable development through research for development.  Seona has an eclectic background in ecology communication environmental law and project management and exploring how change can be catalyzed in international development projects exploring the theory and practice of implementation including capacity considerations for adaptation research.
