This book records her further adventures with her dad and includes her three tremendous Coast to Coast endeavours. Read about Rachaels adventures on the West Highland Way and Hadrians Wall then travel with her along Icelands spectacular south coast. Explore the majestic Nepal Himalaya, the Pokhara and Annapurna regions and the historic Kathmandu Valley and learn, as Rachael did, about the lifestyle, culture and beliefs of the gentle, friendly Nepalese people.
