Whilst enjoying the natural world close to where I live. I have been inspired to write about what I have seen, about what I have felt, and how it has made me feel.

These pieces of descriptive work are a day by day, week by week, and month by month account of my contact, of my relationship, of my life in the wild English countryside.

This time spent immersed in the natural word has played a vital part in helping to keep my physical, as well as my mental health in good order, and has been truly cathartic.
