About Lani Silversides

Lani Silversides lives in York ME. She teaches and coaches at Phillips Academy Andover. Lani also runs her own business Mindful Performance LLC designed with a mission to supply people with tools that promote greater well-being and thriving--in school on the playing fields and in their life as a whole. As part of this work she developed an after-school program called Strong Girls which currently runs in Maine Massachusetts Brooklyn and upstate NY. These programs aim to empower and inspire girls to be physically active and have lessons in developing strong bodies and strong minds. Lani is a former Division I athlete and a member of the New England Basketball Hall of Fame.
