Mary Jo DiBiase-Lubrano EdD is Associate Director at the Yale University Center for Language Study. With a background in applied linguistics and language testing and assessment her research interests focus on test validation high stakes proficiency testing and assessment literacy. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. She is a trainer for the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) and an external consultant for the Bureau of International Language Coordination (BILC) NATO's advisory body on language instruction and testing.
