She desperately wants to visit her Grandma whose home is a painting in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Belle hatches a plan to get to Cleveland, but once there, she realizes she has no idea where to look for her Grandma; so she hitches a ride with a taxi driver named Red, who normally resides in Cleveland's Red Grooms sculpture, Looking Along Broadway Towards Grace Church. Mayhem ensues as Belle discovers that Red might think he knows where to go, but he has no idea about routes or directions.
