About Sarah Webb

Sarah Webb is an award-winning childrens writer. She won Irish Book awards for Blazing a Trail: Irish Women who Changed the World (illustrated by Lauren ONeill) and A Sailor Went to Sea Sea Sea: Favourite Rhymes from an Irish Childhood (illustrated by Steve McCarthy). Sarah runs creative writing clubs for young writers reviews childrens books for the Irish Independent programmes many childrens and family events and works part-time in a childrens bookshop. Passionate about bringing children and books together Sarah was awarded the Childrens Books Ireland Award for Outstanding Contribution to Childrens Books in Ireland. www.sarahwebb.ie Lauren ONeill is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Dublin. Originally from Wexford she moved to Dublin to study in NCAD and stayed. Her work has appeared across a wide variety of areas from advertising campaigns to storybooks and gallery exhibitions.
