Bread Journal

This is a guided journal for bread bakers. A year's worth of entries for baking bread twice a week becomes a chronicle of the rewarding experience of building towards the perfect loaf week by week. Charts, check boxes and blanks to be filled in by the user visually and quantitatively archive the baking process and chart progress, with prompts to report notes on variables such as appearance, flavor and ingredient amounts.
