About Ali R Fatihi
Professor Ali R Fatihi retired as Professor of Linguistics from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Aligarh India after serving in different academic positions for nearly 26 years as professor at AMU.His main interests include general and applied linguistics media linguistics translation language pedagogy and language mind and brain studies. He supervised MPhil PhD research conducted research projects and published extensively in the area of Media Linguistics and Human Communication. He's currently working on a monograph on the Pedagogical Grammar of Urdu in which he combines these areas and argues for a dynamic non-essentialist view on human language.
