Fong Chan PhD CRC is Professor and Chair and Norman L. and Barbara M. Berven Professor of Rehabilitation Psychology Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also Co-Director Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Evidence-Based Practice in Vocational Rehabilitation Dr. Chan is a Fellow in the American Psychological Association and a National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research Distinguished Research Fellow. He has more than 30 years of experience conducting rehabilitation counseling research in the psychosocial aspects of disability multicultural counseling employer practices evidence-based practice outcome measurements and program evaluation. He has published more than 300 refereed journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Chan is also the Editor of four textbooks Case Management for Rehabilitation Health Professionals Counseling Theories and Techniques for Rehabilitation and Mental Health Professionals and Understanding Psychosocial Adjustment to Chronic Illness and Disability: A Handbook for Evidence-Based Practitioners in Rehabilitation. His awards include eight Research Awards (American Rehabilitation Counseling Association) Research Award (American Counseling Association) James R. Garrett New Career Research Achievement Award (American Psychological Association Division of Rehabilitation Psychology) James R. Garrett Distinguished Career in Rehabilitation Research Award (American Rehabilitation Counseling association) Educator of the Year Award and Career in Rehabilitation Education Award (National Council on Rehabilitation Education). Malachy Bishop PhD CRC is Professor of Rehabilitation Counseling Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling University of Kentucky. He has authored or co-authored more than 50 journal articles 15 book chapters and an edited book in the fields of health care and rehabilitation. Dr. Bishop conducts research in the areas of chronic illness quality of life adaptation to disability and employment. He is currently a member of the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification Scientific Research Advisory Panel. He is also a member of the Epilepsy Foundation''s National Professional Advisory Board and has served as Chair of the Epilepsy Foundation National Veterans Outreach Workgroup and American Epilepsy Society''s Task Force on Employment Issues. She is the PI for an RSA funded Training Grant and received two CUNY grant awards for research on social support stigma and mental illness. She was also awarded the SFSU Vice-Presidential Assigned Time award. Dr. Chronister is an editorial consultant/reviewer for five rehabilitation and allied health peer-review journals. She has worked in the field of rehabilitation counseling for over 15 years in a number of capacities including rehabilitation counselor community-based program director and rehabilitation counseling faculty. She has clinical experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide array of disabilities in inpatient outpatient and community-based settings. Eun-Jeong Lee PhD CRC is Associate Professor and head of the Division of Rehabilitation Counseling Institute of Psychology Illinois Institute of Technology. Dr. Lee has clinical experience working with children adolescents and adults with a wide array of disabilities in inpatient outpatient and community-based settings in United States and in South Korea. Chung-Yi Chiu PhD is Associate Professor Department of Kinesiology and Community Health University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
