Dr. Jaya Chitranshi Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies Pune is a Ph D. in Psychology and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lucknow. She has published various research papers and has also been part of corporate consultancy projects.Dr. Komal Chopra is an Associate Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies Pune. He has more than 16 years of experience in academics and research. He has conducted management development programmes for Godrej & Boyce Wipro John Deere Cognizant and Directorate General of Resettlement Government of India. He has also delivered guest sessions at the University of Witwatersrand South Africa and Katmandu University.
