Cosmpolitan Conservationists tells the stories of the intertwined lives and writings of conservationists in early 20th-century Sydney. Their network included David Stead, Walter Burley Griffin, Charles Bean, Thistle Harris, Norman Weekes, Marie Byles, Myles Dunphy and Annie Wyatt, and each individual created some meaning in their life through their relationship with the environment.
