Dr Urvi Sharma presently teaches at the School of Languages and Culture Amity University Punjab India. She completed her PhD at the Department of English and Cultural Studies Panjab University. She has co-edited an anthology titled Simmering Silences and Beneath on Gender Studies with an ICSSR-sponsored publication. She has guest-edited the 63rd issue titled Decentering the Center of Cafe Dissensus a New York based alternative magazine dealing in art culture literature and politics. She has presented her research on various reputed platforms including NeMLA Bucknell Humanities Center Johns Hopkins University Jagellonian University Panjab University. Dr Sharma believes that literature catapults our individual capability to make a change and help our society evolve.
