Jo is Assistant Professor of Social Welfare at SungKongHoe University South Korea. He specialises in comparative analysis of social policy with a particular emphasis on the role of culture in shaping welfare.   Antonia Keung is Teaching and Research Fellow in Social Policy at the University of York UK. She specialises in quantitative analysis of welfare particularly issues around wellbeing.
