John Deutsch M.D Senior Gastroenterologist Department of Gastroenterology Duluth Clinic SMDC Medical Centre MN USADr Deutsch is a senior gastroenterologist who is Board-certified in both gastroenterology and oncology which is quite unusual. Since 2000 he has been based at the GI and Cancer Centre at St Marys Duluth Clinic specialising in endoscopy in the cancer patient and Endoscopic Ultrasonography. Recent Work includes: EUS with Digital Anatomy Correlation Bhutani Deutsch PMPH 2010; Atlas of Endoscopic Ultrasonography Bounds Deutsch Gress Savides (Wiley 2010); Editor www.vhjoe.org; Editorial Review Board Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Matthew Banks M.B. F.R.C.P. Honorary Senior Lecturer Consultant Gastroenterologist and Director of Endoscopy University College London Hospital NHS Trust London UKMatthew Banks specialises in endoscopic detection and treatment of early neoplasia in particular Barrett's esophagus early gastric cancer and bowel cancer. Dr Banks is also the Endoscopy Editor of The Faculty of Medicine 1000. He is an honorary consultant and trainer in endoscopy at the National Endoscopy training Centre St Georges Hospital London.
