Margaret P. Moss PhD JD RN FAAN is a member of the Mandan Hidatsa and Arikara Nation Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota. She is currently director of the University of British Columbias First Nations House of Learning and a tenured associate professor in the Faculty of Applied Science-Nursing. Janice M. Phillips PhD RN CENP FAAN is the director of Nursing Research and Health Equity at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and an associate professor at the Rush University College of Nursing.
