About Kevin EyresMichael Kerrigan

Michael Kerrigan lives in Edinburgh where he writes regularly for the Scotsman newspaper. He is a book reviewer for The Times Literary Supplement and the Guardian London. As an author he has published extensively on both British and world history and prehistory. He has been a contributor to Flame Tree's Irish History and World History as well as to The Times Encyclopedia of World Religion. Kevin Eyres qualified as an arts teacher at the UEA. He has a masters degree in European cultural policy. As well as writing extensively on modern art and media-related topics Kevin has written on various aspects of Irish cultural life and the great Irish literary figures of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. One of his earliest memories is riding to the local creamery on a horse and cart to deliver milk from his grandparents farm on the Kerry/Limerick border.
