About Margarita Del Mazo

Silvia Alvarez was born in Honduras. She has a degree in Fine Arts and has been a children's book illustrator for many years. She currently works as a free-lance professional with publishing houses magazines and different outlets at an international level. She works mainly with colors and collages creating warm and soft environments. Margarita Del Mazo was born in Toledo Spain. The stories that her grandmothers used to tell her turned her into a storyteller a path she soon followed after receiving her law degree. Her books have been published in up to twelve languages. As an author she has won diverse awards for her work.
