Phoo Action is an original comic strip creation of Gorillaz and Tank Girl creator Jamie Hewlett, which has never been collected following a celebrated run in the UK music and culture magazine The Face in 1996 and 1997. Co-created by Matthew Wakeham and originally titled Get the Freebies, the strip ran for a year, and was later developed into a TV pilot by the BBC, which aired in 2008. Z2 Comics proudly works with Wakeham and Hewlett to rescue the comic from obscurity in a first-time collection, along with unseen production art and more! See more
