About

Ian S. McIntosh is an Australian anthropologist and pilgrimage scholar based at Indiana University Indiana USA. He is the co-founder of the Sacred Journeys Project and has authored three books on Indigenous Australian culture and others on pilgrimage and peace-building.Dane Munro is a visiting Senior Lecturer at Tourism Management at the University of Malta and a visiting Professor at the University of Primorska Slovenia. His academic specialization is faith-based tourism and pilgrimage and most recently he co-edited Food and the Pilgrim and New Pilgrimage Routes and Trails.Alison T. Smith is Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston USA. A pilgrimage scholar Smith serves on the Advisory Board of the Sacred Journeys Project and is the co-editor of the book Women and Pilgrimage and many related publications. Susan Dunn-Hensley is an Associate Lecturer of English at Wheaton College Illinois where she specializes in early modern literature and pilgrimage studies. She is the author of Anna of Denmark and Henrietta Maria: Virgins Witches and Catholic Queens.
