About Adam McHeffey

Adam McHeffey is a musician and childrens educator from Long Island NY. After working at the Herman Agency he wrote and illustrated his first picture book Asiago which School Library Journal called a funny and fresh introduction to one of the most vulnerable vampires ever depicted for a child audience. He also illustrates The Secret Knock Club series by Louise Bonnett-Rampersaud. He graduated with a BA from SUNY Purchase College and currently lives in Brooklyn New York.
