Ismail (Issy) Laher Ph.D. is a Professor at the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of British Columbia in VancouverCanada. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Vermont USA. Trained at the University of London in pharmacology he then continued with additional training in cardiovascular pharmacology at UBC and UVM with a focus on the regulation of resistance artery regulation in health and disease.
