Teabags, He Drinks like a Fish

English

By (author): Andrew Garner

The summer holidays had arrived and there was no School for six weeks. The weather was sunny and dry and time almost seemed endless. There was an atmosphere a feeling of excitement that something good and maybe even amazing was going to happen this holiday. Although Michael was a restless 10-year-old who liked the idea of adventure it usually only happened in his dreams and imagination. Michael could not explain how he felt and decided that he may have been wrong about this sense of excitement he was feeling especially as he had a disappointing start to his holidays. However, one day he was minding his own business the next minute he found himself experiencing a rollercoaster of an adventure, but this time it was happening for real! See more

About Andrew Garner

Andrew has lived in Stockport Greater Manchester all his life and has had a variety of jobs. He particularly enjoyed working as a professional childrens entertainer all around Northwest England for 20 years which included balloon modelling cheeky monkey puppet magic party games like limbo dancing and playing all the latest music. He always wanted to write children`s books but until now it had always been an unfulfilled ambition. That was before his wife found the unfinished story of Teabags whilst sorting out some old paperwork earlier this year. She encouraged him to revisit and finish the story which he has now done. He lives with his wife Julie and two rescue cats. He has three grown up children and two grandchildren. This is his first book !
