About

José Fernando Gallego-Nicholls is pursuing doctoral studies in Public Policy at Universitat Jaume I. His research focuses on sustainability efforts and achievements of Valencian firms. He holds a Master's Degree in International Trade and Business from ESIC Business & Marketing School a Master's degree in English Language Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad del Norte in Colombia. Currently he coordinates the Global Marketing Management undergraduate program in ESIC's Valencia campus and has over 15 years' experience in higher education. His research interests focus on education and learning foreign language learning business strategy and entrepreneurship.Agustín Carrilero-Castillo holds a PhD in Integration of NNTT (New Technologies) in the business organization by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the UV. Master GESCO by ESIC Business and Marketing School. He is part of the teaching staff of undergraduate and postgraduate ESIC Valencia and is director of ESIC Valencian Campus. His research focuses including his doctoral thesis and articles focus on customer relationship management and marketing. During his professional career he has developed management tasks in multinational and national companies in different sectors.
