César Bolaño has a PhD in economic science from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and is Professor at Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) Brazil. He is the author of Mercado Brasileiro de Televisão; A Televisãobrasileirana Era Digital; Political Economy Communication and Knowledge: A Latin American Perspective and Qual a Lógica das Políticasemcomunicação No Brasil?
