About Arnold Jansen op de Haar

Arnold Jansen op de Haar (Nijmegen 1962) moved from Arnhem to London in 2014 where he works as an editor for Holland Park Press. His poems have appeared among other places in the periodicals De Gids Het liegend konijn Extaze Maatstaf Zoetermeer and Passionate and have been included in a number of anthologies including Komrijs Nederlandse Poezie van de 19de t/m de 21ste eeuw in 2000 en enige gedichten and in Vrede is eten met muziek. From 1999 to 2009 he was a columnist on De Gelderlander.Arnold's debut novel De koning van Tuzla was published in 1999 by De Arbeiderspers and his first poetry collection Soldatenlaarzen (Joegoslavisch requiem) was published in 2002 by JM Meulenhoff.All his novels including Angel and poetry collections have been published in English and Dutch by Holland Park Press.
