About Atef Korchef

Dr Atef Korchef has for the past twenty years been teaching both general chemistry and inorganic chemistry at King khalid University Abha Saudi Arabia and University of Sfax Tunisia. He participated to several training courses including application of quality standards QM to teaching courses building courses and student assessment. He earned his M. S. and Ph. D. in inorganic chemistry at the University of Sfax with highest distinction. He was a research scientist for several institutions in Tunisia including Institute of Scientific and Technical Research Centre of Research and Technology of Water National Centre of Research in Materials Sciences and in France at Centre of Metallurgical Chemistry Studies. His main areas of research interest are water treatment by precipitation reactions and characterization of nanomaterials. He published two books and several research papers in highly qualified international journals. Awards that accredited to his name include Wiley award for the top download paper School of Chemistry award for outstanding performance at King Khalid University (KKU) Vice Rector's award in recognition and appreciation of contribution to students at King Khalid University (KKU) and General Supervisor of Joint Programs award in recognition of the contribution to engineering students at King Khalid University (KKU).
