Handmade Films - behind the film making

With Handmade Films, under the stewardship of George Harrison, having produced over 20 films during a very short period it only seemed right to take the opportunity to have a look back, reminisce and have some nostalgic fun. This book would adorn any coffee table or bookshelf with style and panache. It is packed with over 200 photos and much much more. It is a chronological run through of 23 films detailing the cast and crew, film storyline, newspaper reviews (even the non complimentary ones) and a collection of many images for each film. Some of the images include draft poster or advertising designs, behind the scenes photos and of course many of the iconic images that are associated with the films today. How could there be a book including Time Bandits and there not be a giant with a galleon on his head or a chapter about The Long Good Friday and not have the abattoir scene included. There are many now famous names associated with Handmade Films or starring in the films that were produced during this period.
