About Kimon Riefenstahl

Whether as an accomplished amateur cook or dedicated hotelier Kimon Riefenstahl brings passion to every project. For many years he has managed the family owned luxury resort Danai Beach Resort & Villas in Halkidiki in northern Greece where a whole team of chef virtuosos bring together Greek and French delicacies in the hotels three restaurants. When he is not gripping his own barbecue tongs and wooden spoons he enjoys a well-deserved evening glass of wine preferably with sea views.
