About Ben McGarr

Ben McGarr is Manchester born and bred. A graduate of Durham University (which he represented on University Challenge) he is passionate about his city linguistics and archaeology. Having travelled extensively during which he worked as a translator and interpreter at the British Embassy in Moscow Ben is now a full time writer. This is his first title for The History Press.
