About Chris Thompson

Chris Thompson was a former teacher turned professional writer. He was well known in the UK for writing for many continuing dramas (aka soap operas). He was a regular writer for the Archers on BBC Radio 4. He then went on to write more than 200 episodes of Emmerdale. He passed away in 2020.
