Rodney Frost is the author of Making Mad Toys & Mechanical Marvels in Wood Creative Kinetics and The Nature of Woodworking. He is a graduate of Brighton College of Art with a national diploma in design and a teaching certificate from the University of London and has appeared on the TV programs In the Workshop Canadian Gardening TV and Hands over Time. With Making Whirligigs Whimsies and Folk Toys he continues his tradition of thoughtful and thorough designs some old and some definitely never seen before.
