The Continued Relevance of International Humanitarian Law in the 21st Century

The book is based on a seminar jointly conducted at the United Service Institution of India(USI) by USI and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The theme selected for the seminar was The Continued Relevance of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) in the 21st Century. The theme was considered most appropriate, as it is both contemporary and relevant, especially for the armed forces who willy-nilly get involved in almost all conflict situations. See more
