Then this may be the book for you!

With passion in every page, you can explore:

-DIY projects to show you how to make your own hard-to-come-by equipment
-Topics reference the latest health and food trends on the market.

Popular TV presenter and author James Strawbridge explores a range of techniques and tips to help you revolutionise your relationship with food, giving a modern twist to old-age techniques and encouraging creativity and craftiness in the kitchen. The ideal cookbook for those who would like to escape their kitchen and perhaps plan a new culinary project. Whether it's a sourdough starter or culturing kefir, rigging an open spit roast or campfire cooking, The Artisan Kitchen has something for everyone to discover.

Acting as a compendium of culinary projects, The Artisan Kitchen is explored in three stages to maximise your potential and spark your creativity. Starting off with 'The Science' which explains the technical know-how of the featured recipes and processes, followed by 'The Practice' to get you started on enticing recipes with action shots of tricky techniques, and finally 'The Possibilities' to provide further recipe ideas as well as the tools and inspiration to devise your own recipes.
