Clare Honeyfield is the owner of Made in Stroud and was a writer for Stroud Life with a weekly column 'Market Matters' covering local food and drink topics. She has also written for 'The Weekend Magazine' in 'The Citizen' and she was a contributor to 'Women of Spirit Vol 2'. Clare co-founded The Made in Gloucestershire Shop The Gloucestershire Association of Farmers' Markets among many other things.
