Julie Biuso has written twelve cookbooks including several published with New Holland. She has an established following through her regular contributions to radio television and magazines and is currently Food Editor of Woman's Day NZ Home & Entertaining and Your Home & Garden. Penny Oliver is an award-winning food stylist whose work features regularly in New Zealand's Cuisine magazine.
